Mr Tan Thiam Chye or more well recognized as James is the founder of NWD Holdings, a brand made up of numerous companies covering various business interests. He is a second generation businessman who started his career assisting his father in a humble ship chandling business. He then expanded that into a reputable distribution company which held the exclusive distributorships of numerous fast moving consumer brands such as Toblerone, Cadbury, Kraft, Post Consumer Brands, United Biscuits etc for over two decades in Vietnam before calling it a day. He has since dedicated his time to building a family legacy through investments and some operational businesses. He is an accredited investor and limited partner in some of the top private equity and venture capital funds such as Temasek’s SeaTown Holdings, Sky9 Ventures, Fika Ventures and so forth. He is also an avid real estate investor and manager in SE-Asia. James is a respectable stakeholder in Singapore’s Chinatown due to the vast number of highly prized properties he owned and currently plays a key role in the MCST of People’s Park Complex- a high footfall shopping mall in one of Singapore’s busiest districts located at the fringe of the country’s Central Business District.

Mr CK Teo boasts over 30 years of business experience across Asia and serves as the founder and CEO of ISDN Holdings Ltd., a listed company. He has successfully expanded his business portfolio by investing in various private companies and consistently delivering strong positive returns. Additionally, CK is an avid investor in private equity and real estate, with a track record of successfully funding multiple high-return projects throughout the region.

Mr. Cho Yu Chung is the Managing Partner of Atrium Asia Group of Companies, which includes Atrium Asia Investment Management Pte Ltd. This subsidiary holds a Capital Markets Services license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore, allowing it to manage funds for accredited investors. Prior to his current role, Mr. Cho was a Director at Emirates Tarian Capital Partners (ETCP), focusing on the Greater China and North Asia regions. ETCP was also responsible for the development of Reignwood Hamilton Scotts and Ritz Carlton Residences Singapore. His earlier positions include serving as the Executive Director of Pan Asia Environmental Protection Group Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018, and as President Commissioner of PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk, an Indonesian-listed hospital-management company, from 2013 to 2015. A recipient of a full scholarship, Mr. Cho graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with double Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Engineering and Mathematics in 1991, followed by a Master of Science in Engineering in 1992.

Mr Sean Lim is the Managing Partner of the group and oversees the Growth Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions and Special Projects portfolio. He is responsible for the operator acquisition and investments of the Radisson Blu Penang development. Mr Lim is a Limited Partner at Temasek Holdings’s SeaTown Holdings, Singapore’s Soverign Wealth Fund (GIC) backed Sky9 Capital and Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) backed Fika Ventures amongst others. He specializes in cross-border mergers and acquisitions of which all deals led by Mr Lim have completed at sector specific record valuations. Mr Lim is also inducted into the prestigious Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle (YLC) which represents the best and the brightest from a wide variety of industries with only 300 members internationally.
